The Yorkshire Geological Society's premier publication is its Proceedings, founded in 1837 - see the separate Proceedings of the Yorkshire Geological Society home page.

The long-running Circular produced in advance of each monthly Indoor Meeting and annually for the Field Meeting programme, has in recent years been greatly expanded, and copies are now available on the YGS website for downloading in PDF format - see the separate YGS Circulars home page.

The Society has also published a number of books - both academic and professional texts and field guides, some of which are still in print. (Please follow the appropriate link for more information on each of those still in print.)
